31 Days of Self Care: Day 16 – Yoga

I took a Yoga class today. It was challenging but felt so good! I really love Yoga and I'm not sure why I don't do it more often. It's so amazing to focus completely on your body, your movements and your breathing for one full hour. I found a DVD with Yoga and Meditation that I'll try tomorrow. Looking forward to increased focus, flexibility and stress relief. Namaste.
